○ An excursion to unlikely ridges ○
Lac Observation and the Psych Everythings acknowledge the throwing of runestones into eternity. The
structure of this album circles the slopes of Mount Analogue like a interdimentional Midgard snake, its
scales and splinters occasionally zapping up in an attempt to reach the City of Gandharvas that might sit
on the top. The album is the soundtrack of said eternal excursion.

“Splinters in the Mind’s Eye” contains lyrical semi-quotes by Mount Eerie and Joni Mitchell. Home
recorded in 2023 and 2024 in Naples, Sopportico (BN) and Vienna by Gufo Mangiasale, on 4-track
cassette recorder and reel-to-reel, except where noted otherwise. “Greenland Myth”, the organ in “The
Iron Age Jets”, and the basic tracks of Elf Parade were recorded in Brussels between 2020 and 2022. Field
recordings and jams recorded in Colleverde di Leonessa, Naples and Vienna.
Mixed by Gufo Mangiasale except where noted otherwise.
