I’m taking this Spare Snare cover I painted as an opportunity to remind you that we’re still accepting contributions for the following compilations:
– “Punk Is Dead Is Undead”
If we admit that punk started in 1976, it’s difficult to establish the exact date of its death. So, is punk dead, or is it much more likely undead?
– “Godot Is Not Available at the Moment, Please Hold the Line”
Hold music, waiting music… You’ve dialled a phone number and you’re put on hold. You’re standing near a phone booth and you’re put on hold… You’re waiting for something or someone. I’ve already received two songs for this project, but it’s still on hold…
– “Wanted: All Scrap Metal, Stainless Steel and Cables, Etc.”
Seeing the writing on the metal sheet again today inspired me. Does this spark any ideas?
Finally, if you’re taking part in the Road To… series, don’t forget about me!
