Campanella was returning from Bari driving his “Lancia Y.” It was around 8 pm and he was calmly driving along the provincial road 126 between Sannicandro and Adelfia.
“I got out of the car and saw four clearly visible points of light in the sky”: he recalls.
“After a while those bright spots became 7, and then 4 again, their number constantly varying.”
