Dr. Pants first heard about Almost Halloween Time Records and Key Eat Mune through a post that appeared in a Guided By Voices fan group.

Dr. Pants is Oklahoma City songwriter/composer David Broyles. Citing such influences as Tom Petty, Frank Zappa and Beck, Dr. Pants combines a dizzying array of genres into what he currently calls Nerdtronic Folk Rock. Dr. Pants songs have been featured in numerous television shows including “Jersey Shore” and “CBS Sunday Morning”. His newest release is the AURAL TRADITION album, which inhabits a slightly lo-fi, eclectic space. Dr. Pants will be releasing new music in the second half of 2025. Learn more at doctorpants.com.
