“Warm Pursuit” by Magi is finally available on Almost Halloween Time bandcamp page, the prelude to the release of a new album.
First released in 2016, “Warm Pursuit” is the sequel to “Silver” (on Juniper Tree Songs).
Magi’s music is truly personal and spans different genres, from freak folk to electronic lo-fi.
Defeat, isolation, sorrow, regret, are the strings touched by the Magi.
The songs are very complex, layers of overlapping voices, changes in rhythm, unexpected passages.
“Water” belongs to that category of songs that once heard forces you to listen to it again and again and again, every time you listen to it.
