Notes
Hugh J. Noble is a musician and songwriter, originally from the village of Wymeswold in England, now living in San Diego, California. His first forays into music making were as the drummer in the earliest (teenage) incarnation of The Wave Pictures, before he started making records, by himself and with friends, while at university in Exeter. Hugh currently plays in the San Diego bands Slum Summer and Rat Tricks, along with various other side-projects and one-offs, and still makes solo records when the mood strikes him. “Find Me Wanting” is one of those; recorded at home, with songwriting contributions from friends Adam Lipman (Shrimper Records) and David Tattersall (of The Wave Pictures), and guest spots from Taryn Popplewell (The Fictitious Dishes) and Jack Hayter (Hefner). Hugh wants you to know that if you like his record, you should send him one of yours.
